Barty’s first attempt at editing his weekly newsletter alone was a disaster. His one pager had quickly grown to at least ten pages as error after error was found in grammar, spelling and layout. The biggest impact was on his customers, who consistently found their feet covered by slips of paper that had fallen out of the mailing envelope, the corrigendum heaped on the floor like small drifts of snow.
