WORD OF THE DAY

Hirsute • \HER-soot\ • Adjective - 1: hairy 2: covered with coarse stiff hairs

Barty’s ample posterior projected from the open door of the rattling, gasping refrigerator. His other half was busy inside the ancient appliance looking for edible items that had not succumbed to gardens of hirsute mold. A pickled egg, and what appeared to be a wizened apple, or some sort of fruit substance, were the only items he deemed edible. His succeeding weigh loss from its effects was expected, of course.
