WORD OF THE DAY

Leviathan • \luh-VYE-uh-thun\ • noun - 1: the political state; especially: a totalitarian state having a vast bureaucracy *2: something large or formidable

The legend of the mysterious Potholes Reservoir leviathan ranged far and wide in bass fishing circles. The mythical creature was said to have a mouth big enough to gobble down small children, and reportedly stalked Canadian geese for fun. In the end, it turned out to be Albert, his scuba-diving second cousin, and a large, fiberglass bass sculpture stolen from the local bait shop many years ago.
