WORD OF THE DAY

Fascicle - /FASS-ih-kull/ - Noun - 1: a small or slender bundle 2: one of the divisions of a book published in parts

It must have been a tension-packed month for readers in the early 1900’s who waited patiently for the next thrilling chapter of Edgar Rice Burroughs’s “Tarzan” series. Especially since each chapter was doled out in a serial fashion…until the fascicles were bound together in the books they eventually became.
