Energy News Digest for December 20, 2013

PROGRAMMING NOTE

The energy news digest will be mentally re-enacting “A Christmas Carol” in several of its multitudinous forms….most notably the “Mr. Magoo” version featuring the voice of the incomparable Jim Backus & the ubiquitous voice work of Paul Frees.

As all this is going on, the news digest will be away from the keyboard December 23 & 24. A Merry Christmas to all the alert & intelligent readers, and wishes for a Happy New Year.
