The “Ingurgitated Bunkhouse Buffet’s” week-long run was an infamous period in Carlsbad’s history. All you can eat shrimp was its claim…except that one, scrawny shrimp was the offering each day at 9:00 AM. “It truly was all they could eat,” claimed the former owner, meaningfully twirling the end of his impressive handlebar moustache.
